"Mattress was very squeaky and caved in the middle. Pull out couch had wrecked floor under it and the cushions were ripped out from the couch making it hard for your head not to fall down a hole. Zippers were also broken on the couch. Yes we did tell the front desk. They informed us all mattresses were new-either they missed replacing one (our room) or they were super cheap, or broken bed frame ? We had very sore back from the cheap, creaky and likely old mattress "
