Hotels near Arrowhead Golf Course

"We have stayed at lots of Hampton Inns. This one was the worst by far. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from the elevators and they gave us a room that failed all of our requests. We were given a room right opposite the elevators on the first floor and on the highway side of the hotel with trucks roaring by all night. The whole building shook when certain trucks passed. The breakfast was "bare bones" with no fresh fruit or hard-boiled eggs available. The whole building smelled of body odor including the hallways, breakfast rooms and our own room. The bedding including the pillows smelled like body odor. The mattress was so old that it squeaked with the slightest movement. Something is very wrong here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone."

"The property is wonderful, clean, boutique style, room was awsome, mini kitchen and all. The staff are wonderful, shout out to the morning front desk lady (forgot her name, sorry), she is so attentive, helpful and courteous, she helped us with all of our concerns. And Val she is a gem, she is so nice and attentive. I have to say all of the staff at the Compass are super host. Breakfast was very good with a wide selrction for an included breakfast, and they have codde, tea, water and cookies 24 hrs in the lobby, they give you beach umbrellas, chairs, free laundry room. I mean this is a gem of a hotel. The facility is a little oasis, you think you are at the beach. And the staff at the 5oclock rest are super , we were attended by Ximena, she is the best, and the food was very good, we went twice and each time better. We loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay two more nights."

"Room itself was huge for a hotel room. Water pressure was great and room was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but perfect for what we needed. Ice machine was great. Pool was older and the metal chairs were uncomfortable. The staff on the check in were virtual on a kiosk and extremely rude, but the in personal cleaning/ maintenance staff were very accommodating. I will not be staying here again unless front desk staff is in person."

"From check in on, the staff was friendly and helpful. They remembered us when we met again later. The facilities were very nice. Pool, hot tub, exercise room, were all put to good use. Breakfast was standard fare that you'd expect, but good and plentiful. Again, friendly staff made it even more pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge TV that could be viewed from the living area or turned to see from the bed. Although we ate out, the kitchen was equipped well enough to cook in. There were even BBQ grills near the pool that you could use. The room was perfect for an extended stay. We hated to leave!"
