"Exquisite housekeeping and turn-down service. Beautiful structure in a perfect location: near central Bilbao, across the street from the “Gugg,” and a few steps from the airport bus stop. Amazing view from the rooftop lounge. Great jazz in the 0 floor bistro. Breakfast a combo of buffet and table service, all flat rate. Friendly front desk, at all hours."

The, experience of watching a firework show every night from the Hotel’s rooftop bar, while drinking complementary cava was a highlight of our evening for 5 straight nights. Hotel pool, overlooking the entire city is another highlight, our children absolutely loved it and we could relax there as a family for a few hours every day, in between morning and evening adventures. "
