"An absolute gem in Puerto Princesa! From the moment I arrived, the staff at Hanbee's Resort made me feel incredibly welcome. As a solo traveler, that warmth and friendliness mean everything. The young woman at the desk, Kate, was especially helpful, getting me settled in and even helping to arrange some local tours. "The staff were so helpful in entertaining our needs. My wife had ear infection and they helped us to find an ear specialist and drove us around. "

"The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating. "
