Lugar lindo, vista linda, tudo novo dentro do quarto, os funcionários super atenciosos. Só o café da manhã que poderia ter mais variedades, mas foi tudo perfeito.

Pontos Fortes: O almoço estava muito bem preparado, uma delicia. A vista da pousada é linda. Funcionário da noite, muito prestativo e atencioso. Pontos Fracos: A Hidromassagem precisa de cuidados. Ao ligarmos a massagem, saiu agua com um forte cheiro desagradavel, impossibilitando o uso e, um dos jatos não funcionou. Receptivo com muitos documentos para assinar, do tipo se atrasar saída, terão consequencias. Acredito que esta situação tem de ser tratada pontualmente. Deveriam deixar as regras da casa afixada atras da porta da suite.

Péssima Pousada. A piscina tinha um prego pontudo na madeira ao redor que quase furou meu pé, tirei foto e mostrei a recepcionista, irei colocar a foto aqui, um perigo, principalmente para crianças. No almoço pedi um risoto de camarão que está super salgado, sal puro. Só não reclamei na hora pois tinha acabado de chegar de viagem e estava com muita fome. E como se não bastasse no último dia da minha estadia fiquei sem luz no chalé que eu estava hospedado. A gente paga mais caro, querendo um conforto maior e não é isso que acontece. Não recomendo. Não vale o valor que cobram. A única coisa que não tenho a reclamar é do café da manhã. O resto para serem ruim tem que melhorar muito. Eu nunca mais volto nessa pousada.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. O localização era maravilhosa! Um grande diferencial foi a possibilidade de usufruir dos outros hoteis deles. Um bem próximo a praia dos Anjos. O funcionário Guilherme me atendeu sempre muito bem, colocando a par todas informações necessárias!

Vista maravilhosa, bom atendimento. Porém Por ser uma pousada com valor agregado maior e vendida com certo luxo, eles devem se atentar a alguns detalhes, como por exemplo as instalações elétricas expostas, a falta de uma tomada na bancada para notebook, a tomada para ligar a banheira, a falta de armários no banheiro. O restaurante pode ser melhor também pelo valor dos pratos. Seria interessante oferecer um transporte gratuito pelo menos até a entrada do condomínio já que Uber não sobe e táxi é difícil ter disponível!

A Pousada é muito descuidada. Assim que chegamos no quarto sentimos um cheiro ruim, ao olhar pela varanda, muito mato em frente. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e disseram que não era possível. À noite quando fomos dormir, os travesseiros cheiravam mal, impossível de usar, o esfregam e cobertor com cheiro de usados. Para completar, ao fechar a cortina do quarto, tinha uma aranha gigante dentro do quarto (do tamanho da mão aberta do meu esposo). Alegaram que no local tem muito mata, mas então deveriam colocar telas na janela (quando chegamos à janela do banheiro estava aberta e sem tela. Saímos da pousada no dia seguinte, sem confições de continuar no local.

O quarto é bem agradável, mas as fotos são mais bonitas do que ao vivo. O hotel é longe de tudo , sem possibilidade de ir sem carro. Pra mim foi tranquilo pois eu estava de carro.
