Customer service (front desk) housekeeping, breakfast, room cleanliness, porters, security, and taxi service from hotel on numerous occasions. I'm hopeful that the pool construction and repairs will be completed the next time I visit."

"We were very satisfied with the two days that we stayed at the Mactan Grand Golden Hotel. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Everything worked. Good air conditioning and fast Internet. It has a very roomy shower that delivered warm water three different ways. I liked the shower so much that I took photographs of it to give to the architect when we build our house in the Philippines. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is a must see. We will be willing to stay there again."

"We have stayed there many times and always enjoy it. One tiny criticism: it would be nice if the staff bought decent water bottles for the room. The current bottles are extremely thin. They are all dented, which means that the bottle can't stand up. It's a minor annoyance to put a bottle down on the table beside you, but then the bottle falls over and spills because the bottom is dented."

"Great location and excellent convenience. The direct bridge access to SM is a huge advantage, making it easy to shop, dine and explore without without having to deal with traffic or the weather. The hotel is also clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A great choice for travelers who value both convenience and cleanliness."
