"Lovely place, quiet but well located, friendly and helpful staff. I also found the aromatherapy to be a nice touch. I would stay here again if in Porto. "

"Negativo

"You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time.
Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast."

"Lovely townhouse in a great location in Porto! It’s got some really cool architecture touches (e.g room ceilings are absolutely beautiful). The host was also extremely friendly and helpful."

"The Sheraton was a beautiful hotel in the business district of town. It is an uber ride or a 40 minute walk into Porto Center. We had a lovely massage with beautiful relaxing facilities. It would have been nice if the pool etc. were not a separate fee, especially with the purchase of a massage."
"The location is perfect! However the room I was in the bed was hard as a rock. Asked if there was a bed pad for extra padding however the older gentleman on the night shift didn't want to help."
"Nice small box room. Good for a short stay. In the middle of historic town, close to everything you want to see, walking distance. Shower was really nice."
"Check in very easy and checked me in early. Very centrally located in the historic district. Grocery store and many local dinners nearby. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and a wide selection of foods available. Clean room and a garden balcony on the 6th floor. This was a father and son trip from Chicago to visit the festival where everyone was playfully hitting each other with plastic hammers. I enjoyed this hotel and the people of Porto. Very safe area and I will stay again."
"This was the best stay we experienced in Portugal. The staff was so helpful and so sweet. My husband and I watched the world cup game at 1am in the restaurant area and the front desk staff let us, brought ups glasses for our wine, and even let us use up the whole space. It was wonderful. They also assisted with anything we needed. The location is also amazing. Extremely close to everything but far enough to not hear the crowds at night. Very great stay and I would recommend it to anyone."
