"Fantastic stay at the Valsana Hotel in Arosa. Great breakfast and staff were all super friendly. Room was huge and really nicely furnished, very comfortable bed. Hiring mountain bikes through the hotel is great value. Also enjoyed the wonderful spa. "

"I had a very relaxing visit. Walking in the mountains and breathing the fresh air was exactly what I needed. The Spa facilities were great and the staff very accommodating. It would have been good to know that the hotel included a shuttle pick up before I arrived and would suggest that this be posted on the website."

Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gerade noch den letzten erwischt. Ansonsten wäre es mit 20.- Zuschlag pro Nacht in der Tiefgarage möglich gewesen. "

"The front desk clerk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. They have comfy robes to walk down to pool. The pillows & beds were very comfortable & quiet. We ate at the Steak & more restaurant on top floor of the hotel which was superb . We Enjoyed our breathtaking views from our balcony which were picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall the property is good. Not sure the value proposition was met given the cost.. My room heating system failed so it was always too warm. I had to open the window. I reported the problem but was not offered another room. Room was not as nice as photos or the description. Views from the room were amazing. Ski related amenities are great. Location is perfect. Great breakfast buffet."
