Also, next time, it will be good to send late night instructions to the client who may not be able to send a message earlier because of the flight. One could get stranded if that happens and you arrive when there is no front desk person because they have closed."

"Beautiful property, very comfortable beds and rooms, very quiet surroundings within a 3 min interior walk to departures, great food in both bar and restaurant. Terrace is a comfortable place to sit for drinks or smoking. Staff were helpful, prompt and friendly with both check in and check out."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service from and to Malpensa Airport was a huge plus. It made for a nice "unstressful" car rental return. We could return the car the night before and have the shuttle drive us to the hotel and then back to the a/p the morning of departure. Very punctual service. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very up-to-date and modern. The room was clean and very well designed. The only caveat is that the lights all work in unison. There are no options for setting light settings for a relaxing mood. Bathroom was clean and provided towels, soap and shampoo. Behind the Front Desk there is a Bar/ Restaurant which provides food & drink. The food was good and fresh and the turnaround time was not too long after placing the order."
