"We stayed only one week and really enjoyed our holidays. We had spacious studio flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Comparing to other places we stayed in the past this by far is one of the best for its price and what you get. The pool is about 20 meters long which was perfect for me as I do regular to swimming. "The apartment complex itself is nice, clean, and has easy access, but unfortunately the communication and customer service completely ruined the experience for me. The check-in instructions were extremely long and confusing, and all emails from the property went directly to my spam folder. They also did not communicate through Expedia, which made everything even more difficult. I only recovered the information after contacting Expedia directly. The biggest issue was the €100 deposit requirement, which was never clearly communicated to me in any email. Instead of contacting me professionally to resolve the situation, they decided to shut off the electricity to the apartment. Waking up without A/C or power on vacation was definitely not pleasant. When I went to the office, I was told it was “policy.” I returned with my credit card, and the employee asked for a PIN number. I explained it was a credit card, not a debit card, and her response was extremely rude and disrespectful: “Do you think this is the first time I’ve seen a credit card?” The entire interaction felt hostile and unprofessional. Even if there was confusion, there are respectful ways to communicate with guests. The property itself has potential, but the staff and the way they handle situations need serious improvement. I would say my entire experience can be described in one word: disappointment."
