"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. "It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"

"Pros- Good easily walkable property on road side beside river. Food was good. Staff was cooperative. Location is beautiful. Vibes are unmatchable at bench side of river. Cons- Rooms are not much clean, bit smelly. No facility of room heater. Parking is small. Breakfast takes a long time to prepare."
