"I had to rate overall excellent because it was clean, comfortable, and staff friendly etc. The bartender on during our stay was extremely friendly and excellent. He went out of his way to serve us. My only complaint was the trolly service which was TERRIBLE. Never showed and made us late for baseball game. It should not be advertised as a way to get to places if it wasnt provided. Will probably stay at a hotel closer to stadium next time to not rely on bad service from trolly line"

"Check in was smooth and fun! Monica (stafff member) was so much fun and made it one to remember thats for sure! Matthew and Jasmine (staff members) were very attentive when we needed anything. Prantham (AGM) went above and beyond to help with an issue we had during our stay and got it resolved in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly no problems! Our overall stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. "
