"Our check in was not great. Very little help from the front desk, no information about breakfast etc. and then he gave us a room that someone else was already in. Thank goodness they were in there and had door locked so we didn’t enter their room. Had to trudge back down to front desk and he gave us a new room, with absolutely no apology. Just asked me what color the door indicated.."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle made it very convenient for us to ride the metro. The proximity of the the hotel to the airport couldn't have been any better. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast at the hotel helped start our day ready to tour the city."
