My room #338, the tub water drained really slow. The hotel did send a technician to take care of it. The TV had avreally bad buffing problem. The tv would freeze right in the middle of the program."
"I was given a room on the second building. It felt I was staying at a motel 6. Hole in wall, fridge was a small squared one that was on the floor and all scratched up. Dirty wall, bathroom had loose faucet. Website stated shuttle service was available until 11:30 pm. The day of arrival, I was in waiting area by 11:20pm , called the hotel was told the shuttle last pick up was at 11:15pm. I was left tat the airport so I had to order a $25 uber. Not recommended."
"Loved the convenience of the mall and metro a short walk away, the Whole Foods around the corner. The area around my stay was very clean, the staff was kind and assisted me with any toiletries I needed upon my arrival."
"The hotel had a water pipe rupture during our stay. I understand that a problem like this can occur so I'm not downgrading my review for the pipe rupture. However the hotel was without air-conditioning and the hot water was turned off. We received no notice from the hotel why and how long we'd be without air-conditioning or hot water. I also think the hotel should have offered some form a compensation for the inconvenience. Poor communication!"
