"My fiancé and I stayed there while we were visiting our grandbaby. The hotel is very nice. Definitely five stars. It has a restaurant/bar downstairs which is very convenient. The pool and hot tub very nice and best of all the bathroom. The shower was gorgeous, and I had a deep soaking tub. I highly recommend you stay here. I plan on staying every time I’m in Dallas."

"My ONLY complaint was at check-in. We are Omni members and I reached out ahead of time to let them know we were arriving at 11am. At check-in, they wanted to charge us an extra fee to have access to a room. Otherwise, we would have to wait until 4pm to check-in. That has not happened in my other Omni experiences. The pool was clean and has great views. The room was clean, beds were comfy, A/C worked great. Food was delicious. But, that initial check-in was a bummer."

"Property is nice. Bathroom faucet too much pressure. When you open the faucet it splashes on you! Then the tub drain took an hour to drain coz lotsa hairs. Maintenance has to come clean it. It’s such an old bldg. Elevators were slow."

"Stayed for 5 nights and everything was great! The rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly, the hotel restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. (Our server Sue was an absolute delight and so much fun) the beds were super comfortable and the taco place in the parking lot was amazing! My only complaint was the smell of the cleaning product they use irritated my sinuses. Great place to stay!"
