"Really love the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice. Also everything is clean everybody's house."

"Property stated they had shuttle to globe life field weeks before stay. Checked in and i was told that the shuttle was "under maintenance " its a city shuttle that services hotels in area, so the hotel lies about it. Shuttle says they don't service Hyatt anymore. Pool was also under maintenance and those 2 reasons were main reasons to book and no heads up given until check in. Property couldn't do a refund and general manager was no where to be found and front desk just laughs when asked for...

"Literally less than 10 minutes walk to Six Flags (don't need transportation or pay to park there). Also the pool area has a bar window so you can order food and drinks (alcoholic and non) to enjoy poolside. Fantastic bar tender too!! Will definitely be staying here again for future DFW visits!"

"The staff workers were friendly and the pool was a nice touch for something to do. Some aspects seemed a bit outdated, and only one elevator was working the duration of the stay (and it was iffy too) but overall can’t complain about the stay. Things were clean and comfortable. "

"We stayed for three peaceful nights. During our stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendliness of the staff. The facility was pretty clean too. My only con to the trip was that the pool is outdoors and my littles wanted to swim. Aside from that unexplored amenity, our stay was lovely. We will be back!!"
