Traditional stay in Camargue

Amazing stay in Camargue. Accommodation in traditional style in beautiful quiet surroundings. Clean, cool ( air conditioning welcomed with Heatwave). Situated in nature, surrounded by horses- Great swimming pool and restaurant. We will go back- highly recommend for an โ€˜escape!

Beautiful cabanes which are very comfortable and well appointed. Some communal areas such as the swimming pools require a little maintenance. Overall good but lacking attention to detail expected at this price point.

Beautiful location with drawbacks in service both at breakfast and evening. Orders were forgotten, wrong plates delivered. Waiting time was one evening a disaster. The staff was totally lost. When dinner costs >200โ‚ฌ, staff should be properly trained and sufficient. Both were not givenโ€ฆ the bathrooms in the cabins need an urgent renovation (minor ones but still). We had a problem with the room and it was fixed without hesitation with an upgrade. Overall a very nice location when you accept the drawbacks. O

Notre sรฉjour รฉtait vraiment agrรฉable et apaisant. Le cadre est trรจs atypique, le personnel trรจs aimable. Y voir des chevaux tout proche est vraiment un plus. Les piscines sont grande, le restaurant est dโ€™une trรจs bonne qualitรฉ. On le recommande.

Mehr Schein als Sein - keine 4 Sterne wert

An und fรผr sich eine schรถne Anlage mit zwei Pools, einem (teuren) aber guten Restaurant, einem wunderbaren Frรผhstรผcksbuffet und Reitmรถglichkeiten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Da und dort sollten Renovationen gemacht und nicht nur mit dem Pinsel nachgebessert werden. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich sauber. Wenn aber Gras auf der Zimmerterrasse wรคchst und Spinnweben an der Terrassendecke sind, ist es kein 4-Sterne Hotel. In unserem Zimmer war die Matratze wahrscheinlich sehr alt und "durchgelegten", weich und alles andere als erholungsfรถrdernd. Mit einer noch weicheren Obermatratze wurde versucht, eine Verbesserung hinzukriegen, was aber leider zu ungunsten meines Rรผckens missraten ist. Zu denken hat mir auch die Haltung der Pferde gegeben. Sie standen in einem matschigen, nassen Dreckviereck, wurden nicht einmal vor einem Ausritt geputzt und mit minderwertigem Heu gefรผttert. Ein trauriges Bild.

Site naturel magnifique et prรฉservรฉ. Lโ€™hรดtel dispose de son รฉcurie. Les maisons de gardians sont charmantes et leur chemin dโ€™accรจs trรจs agrรฉable, bien que la route nationale soit trรจs proche et assez bruyante. Nรฉanmoins, lโ€™hรดtel nโ€™est pas ร  la hauteur dโ€™un 4 รฉtoiles. La rรฉception et lโ€™accueil peu chaleureux, aucun service digne dโ€™un 4 รฉtoiles, bar de lโ€™hรดtel dรฉsert, sans fond musical. Cocktail prรฉparรฉ sans connaissance et sans aucun biscuit apรฉritif. La propretรฉ des chambres est moyenne ( beaucoup de tartre sur le robinet de la salle de bains). Pas de tรฉlรฉphone pour joindre la rรฉception. Petit avant goรปt de cette dรฉception avant lโ€™arrivรฉe, avec un problรจme de rรฉservation liรฉ ร  Expedia. La responsable de lโ€™accueil nous ayant pris de haut sans aucune sympathie ni empathie face a un problรจme que nous avons dรป rรฉgler seul aprรจs de nombreux appels tรฉlรฉphoniques et mail. Nous avons finalement pu avoir un ยซย accord de rรฉservation ยซย  alors que la chambre รฉtait payรฉe depuis 24h avec preuve et reรงu. Nous avons รฉtรฉ traitรฉ dโ€™une faรงon inacceptable. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Een prachtige plek . Personeel op2 na geweldig. Sommige cabana, s liggen ver van receptie en restaurants verwijderd. Dan wordt er een golfcar gebruikt omdat voor 60+ de wandelingen erg ver zijn met 30ยฐ.Verder een tophotel.
