receptionist was very nice and helpful regarding the best ways to get around via bus or train. she also let us check in early which was great after traveling all morning

Handy to airport...

Hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle service with helpful drivers. The room had no wifi (apparently broken) so had to go to the dining room to get service. Good breakfast, but the rooms were due for a freshen up.

The staff wa a friendly and helpful. The room was on the second floor and the staircase was spiral and outside, making it difficulty to carry luggage to.

Our reservation was not known in the system so checkin took quite long which was a bit annoying for it was after midnight. It was solved at the end so it was ok. Convenient airport hotel for its price with good breakfast.

The airport shuttle being free was the reason I chose this hotel and I would without a doubt recommend to anyone. The breakfast was amazing as well! So many options and the room was clean and comfy. They send an email prior to your stay with helpful and clear instructions on how/where to catch the shuttle. Very convenient.

Everything was amazing but the Shuttle from airport to the hotel Took 45 minutes maybe because we arrived late night But anyway the hotel is only 7 min away.

The staff were very nice and the room clean. The bed killed my back ! For that reason alone i would not recommend this hotel. And now after a 7 hour flight i am in agony. Until they replace the beds stay away

No food available after 10 pm even though website said room service was available until midnight. No place to walk to easily, so don’t arrive late and hungry. Shuttle service from the airport is appreciated, but one driver was watching a soccer match while he drove and was reckless and a bit scary. Room was comfortable and staff professional.

This was a very good value hotel for being in Stockholm. I came for business - and so was looking for an airport hotel. Not concerned about being down near the old city of Stockholm. It served the purpose. It's a motel 6 feeling inside your room - but the bed is comfortable and the room feels clean. The bathrooms are sub-par - including the shower which will disappoint. But if you're looking to get in for a meeting and get out - while saving some money this place works great. The bar and food is actually pretty good considering too.
