Hot water took ages to come through and was only luke warm ans maintainence people decided to use loud floor cleaning machine right outside room despite the do not disturb sign on the door"

"Unique modern hotel that was an old church. Great rooftop pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was good (they had smoked salmon and cream cheese and this is not common for hotel breakfasts in Italy so I really liked that.) The lady that makes the cappucinos in the breakfast area was so nice. Front staff extremely friendly and very willing to help. I forgot their names but they were 2 different ladies and they were both great! Location was perfect, very walkable and felt safe. Very cool hotel. I would stay here again. "
