Awesome Hotel

"We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price. Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect."

"We were greeted nicely when we arrived. However, the room we had on our first night was very disappointing. The shower drain didn’t drain properly, so it flooded in the washroom. It took the staff 10 minutes just to get all the water down the drain (if this is an issue to you, avoid Room 307). This next issue made me furious. As I was about to get in bed after taking a shower, I lifted the duvet and found a thumbtack facing up. I immediately took pictures of it (attached to this review). I notified front desk about this hazard, but they didn’t seem to be that concerned. They just said they were gonna let room service know about it and didn’t perform any deep inspection. I asked for a room change that night because of these issues, but they just disregarded the request. It was really frustrating. I came to the front desk in the morning, and thank you to the morning shift staff, they accepted the request for a room change (moved to Room 306). No alarming issues during our second day. Overall, Baguio was fun. We were just hoping that our first night at Ion Hotel went safely and smoothly, especially after a long day of travel from Manila."

"Our 1 bedroom with loft was really big for 4 pax. It had 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, living, dining & kitchen areas. The daily buffet breakfast at Kuya J’s had a lot of choices. I will definitely book again."

"Every thing is good except for the following: Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager. Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off -dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle . Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up -"

"Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. The worst part is the checkout. I wasn't advice that we need to wait upstairs for checkout to get my deposit because they have to check the rooms. The communication is so bad. The only thing that is nice is the location which is very accessible to everything. Would I book it again? I would think it twice!!!"
