"All of the staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, around 11am, our room wasn't ready but they worked hard to find us a room and even gave us two vouchers for drinks at the pub downstairs. We didn't expect to get a room before 4pm, which is check in time, but they were attentive and thoughtful from the start. The room was beautiful and the location was great. We had a wonderful trip!"

It felt welcoming and well maintained, which made my week long stay very enjoyable. The location was also a plus, with easy access to everything I needed. "Everything was perfect the room was very clean the breakfast staff was my only complaint was how we was treated when we went down for breakfast the server came over to us and told us how it’s a restaurant closer for cheaper (we are African American woman) she didn’t even let us look at the menu before making the comment it seem like the food at the hotel was to expensive for us so we didn’t even eat breakfast we just left due to her comment but the front desk lady was super nice and the hotel is very clean and cozy "
