"Se si vuole stare in mezzo alla natura a due passi dal mare questo è il posto giusto. Una tenuta magnifica con belle camere nel casale, piscina strepitosa con vista mare, alberi da frutto, pineta. Il valore aggiunto sono la signora Elvira e suo figlio Marco che, in una situazione difficile per noi, ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità. Everything was great — the location is perfect, right in the center of Pizzo Calabro with lots of dining options just steps away. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a dehumidifier or better ventilation, as the humidity was noticeable at times. Overall, a lovely experience!"

"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"The property was excellent suited for our needs because it was centrally located for our daily trips, without been downtown.
The rooms were immaculate, no carpets, excellent bathroom with shower. Nice furniture and TV.
But the really outstanding feature of this hotel are its employees: the reception, the restaurant, the room cleaning crew, all always looking to make our stay a very pleasant experience. Thank you all!"

"Leaking ceilings onto hallway carpeting. Booked in March for a Sept stay and was given an unacceptable room overlooking a roof when I inquired, they change us to at least a street view. Very hot rooms, was not able to control air-conditioning to be cooler, it was controlled by the front desk. 🙄😵💫 I will say Patricia at the front desk was the most helpful of anyone at this hotel"
