"They must have remodeled recently because everything looks brand new to the point that some blue tape was left where paint needed to be touched up. Mattress was comfortable and the area was nice. Very clean hotel, no complaints."

"The shuttle was convenient, but the front desk staff wasn’t super helpful, when I checked JB they didn’t tell me about the breakfast, lack of pool. The hallways smelled like weed and my tv didn’t work properly."

"I found several strands of hair under the toilet seat and in the bed, which was completely unacceptable given the amount of money I paid for the room. I immediately called the operator, and Erica informed me that she would send housekeeping to the room. Unfortunately, that never happened, and I had to go down to the front desk myself to address the issue. We were eventually moved to another room. The room should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. This was very disappointing. Additionally, one of the valet drivers hit another vehicle while bringing me my car—yes, my car was involved in an accident. While the staff was very apologetic and helpful in handling the situation, this was another issue that should not have occurred, especially considering the cost of staying at this establishment. I am now three hours away from home and will miss work because the car rental businesses are not open, creating an even more stressful and unexpected inconvenience. To make matters worse, we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and this was certainly not the weekend we had planned. For the most part, the staff was friendly and helpful. Joe and Jesse, in particular, were extremely supportive while assisting with the vehicle situation. Joe even offered to drive me home, which I greatly appreciated. Their kindness and professionalism were the bright spots in an otherwise very disappointing experience."

"Bed were super comfortable!Front desk was super nice and helpful. The only issue that we ran into was breakfast. We went down at 8:50 as breakfast stops at 9:30. And the breakfast buffet had been hit hard where there was nothing left except for grits and a couple of bruised bananas. The breakfast attendant comes back in at 9:10 from being outside and stated she wasn't putting no more food out bc breakfast ends soon. She sits down in the lobby and was on her phone until 9:30 when it was time to clean up.. There were a lot of guest left with no options for breakfast.."

"This hotel is not worth the price anymore. The room was not clean. The pillows need to be thrown away. They were so used up. The coffee was terrible and the bathroom was not well stocked with shampoo etc. The view was great and that’s about it."
