The room was super cute and a great deal, but the neat part was the staff at the attached wine bar where you check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and even assisted us with finding parking and getting us cleared for pulling up to drop our luggage even though we went into a restricted area by accident! Arezzo is a wonderful town and the people are fantastic. There is an amazing restaurant in the piazza right across from the hotel, too.

Lovely staff, very accommodating to the changes we had to make during our stay. The suite was a wonderful mix of historic building and modern style. We wouldn’t hesitate a minute to stay here again.

Charming, confortable!

Charming hotel right on the town square. Modern bathroom, great water pressure. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Good air conditioning. Check-in with Simona next door was delightful and included a free glass of wine.

Don't sleep on this place, its awesome!

Amazing room, had a small kitchen and extra blankets. Very cozy! Great view of the Piazza Grande. They offer Chianti wine tastings and truffle products downstairs. Loved my time here, great location for the Christmas markets!

The staff were very helpful allowing me to check in early to deposit my bag so i could continue sightseeing. The room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable. When i booked i knew it was near the main square but i did not realise how close which made it so much easier.

La Corte is located steps from the Piazza Grande. It’s run by the winery shop next door where you check in and get your keys. I stayed in the Michelangelo room with views right onto the Piazza. Huge room. Exceptionally clean. The hallways to the room are dimly lit. Felt like staying in Granny’s medieval castle! Fortunately, I wasn’t there for work as I couldn’t really connect to wi-fi. Very friendly staff at check-in. Great location.

We had a rental car and reserved this hotel based on the parking. We were informed by email that the garage was 15 euro a night and was a 2 minute walk to the hotel..both were false. The walk from the garage is all uphill and with luggage took us about 12 minutes. When we went to leave the garage we had to pay 25 euros. The garage attendant told us to get the 10 euro refund from the hotel. I have emailed proprietor several times asking for a refund but have never received a response. However she does continue to send me advertising for her wines. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

A historic building in an historic plaza. It was lovely during the day and quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received clear instructions before arriving on how to find the hotel. Delightful surroundings but not for those with mobility issues.

Strange but good.

It is a sort of tower. Under-lighted. Nice. Strange. Management (nice young woman) next door in a wine shop. She’s very helpful. You are kind of on your own in many ways. All uphill from the train station, so leaving is easy. You don’t have to fight gravity when returning to the station.

Fin hotellejlighed med eget køkken

Meget fint, ubemandet hotel med lynhurtig og effektiv kommunikation via WhatsApp. Morgenmad i pakke i køleskab er OK, men ikke det store, hvis man forventer continental. WiFi er meget svagt, så ikke muligt at streame. Super central beliggenhed og værelse med den smukkeste udsigt.

Perderam nossa reserva

Recebi um e-mail de confirmação de reserva onde dizia que caso eu chegasse no “hotel” (que de hotel não tem nada ) depois das 19:30 deveria enviar mensagem para o número indicado 10 minutos antes para se organizarem. Enviei a mensagem às 20:40 pois vim de Roma e estava na estrada . Chegando no local as 21 horas ninguém respondia no número indicado e depois de 30 min ligando no frio de 1 grau com meus dois filhos e marido conseguimos falar com uma pessoa que organiza as estadias que , Estava surpresa e não encontrou minha reserva, dizendo que não tinha o que fazer . Isso já eram 22 horas numa cidade pequena onde tudo estava fechado. Depois de tanto insistir e enviar o recibo de pagamento nos relocou em outro local, (bem inferior, não sendo o que eu paguei ) Eu paguei uma acomodação LUXO e fui colocada num local barulhento, que só serviu para dormir porque já estávamos desesperados e cansados . Ficamos das 21 horas até 23 horas para conseguir esse quarto , não consegui jantar com meus filhos pois tudo já havia fechado . O que eu quero é o ressarcimento do quarto luxo que paguei porque o quarto que fiquei não valia nem a metade do que eu paguei . Espero que quem veja minha mensagem fique o alerta “ só alugue se for mesmo necessário” Em Anexo coloquei a mensagem recebida para provar que a mensagem enviada não condizia com o que a Conny dizia ( ela disse que diárias não confirmadas até 19:30 seriam canceladas ) e o recibo do quarto que paguei e não estava disponível .
