"Good room and clean "

"We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops."

"I was happy with the cleanliness of the room. The only problem with the room itself was the lack of air conditioning. That could have been mitigated if the windows had screens. The bugs that came in were large and biting. I had killed a spider that I felt crawling on me. I had some trouble checking in. I did not know that check-in instructions would come through WhatsApp. If I hadn't made contact with another guest I would not have gotten the number I needed to contact the property. I had tried through Expedia to do so without a response. "

"A little basic and in an industrial area but considering the price, that was ok, and everything else was adequate "

"I wish I could tell more about this place. The location was beautiful but upon our arrival around 5pm there was no one at the facility to check us in. We had just flown into Berlin from the US and then driven to the locationand did not have phones that work in the country. We reached out through the Expedia app but did not get a response... It is almost a week later and we still have not received a response. Using the wifi from the parking lot we found a place to stay at a local Airbnb. We are a family traveling and we do not speak the language. It was incredibly frightening not having cell phones that work to call places as well as not knowing where your family was going to sleep for the night. The hotel looked beautiful from the outside, but we could not stay and were told we would not be receiving a refund which is rather disappointing. Perhaps this would be a good stay for someone local, but I would not recommend if coming from it if country as communication is very poor."

"Arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open for us despite it being a bank holiday so that we could eat. Nice room, nice surroundings. Only negative was a not very clean bathroom floor. "
