"Hotel was close to everything, it’s right in the historic center. The room had AC which was perfect because we had some hot weather while staying there. With the booking of another night they allowed us to leave our luggage to safe keep, while we made a trip to the huasteca potosina so we didn’t have to carry I would definitely recommend Hotel Gran Concordia 😊"

"Stay was very nice, breakfast was good and we were surprised about the evening social three nights a week. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, two bedroom suite is very big. Enjoyed our stay very much, including shuttle back and from airport. The staff was very friendly but not very knowledgeable of the local area for recommendations of restaurants. Good value. "

"The condition of the room was far below my expectations. The carpet was worn and dirty, the towels were old and ragged, basic amenities were lacking: there were no shampoo and conditioner. We asked if we could our rooms for a double bed and we were told we couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia, to matters worst on the last day, there was a leak in the bathroom. Finally they were able to accommodate our initial request, for this reasons I would not recommend this hotel."
