"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Close to local attractions . The secondary bedroom was warm as there was no window some dirty cups in the cupboard oversight I’m sure. Extra bed in living room not comfortable at all I think it was a boxspring. Overall it was a nice place a little more attention to detail."

"The apartment is very nice, bright and modern. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable which is important when you are traveling. The apartment is walking distance to to restaurants and shops. Ruben, is very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend staying here. "

"Stayed in the hotel for two days mid-September during family trip to north of Spain. Hotel is located within a few minutes from old town still close to very good restaurants. We spend a few hours with a drink in the hand just watching the waterfront view from our window! Parking is external but is very convenient and has an elevator directly into the hotel - better than some hotel parking I've seen. Very attentive stuff, we got a welcome gift that we appreciated very much! Room cleaning was done really well and thorough. Overall - exceptional experience and will not hesitate to book Vincci Puertochico hotel if I end up in Santander one more time!"
