"The hotel is in a really rough part of the city. Next to it an abandoned block of flats. The rooms are spacious but need a few touch ups. If you just need to sleep, it’s ok, otherwise, pick somewhere else. Staff was lovely, apart from the security guards."

"Easy connection throughout Milan via the metro which was close by. Room was clean and everything I needed for a few days stay. WiFi was a little slow, but didn’t spend much time in the room for it to be a problem!"

"Teníamos dos noches reservadas, pero por problemas con nuestro vuelo, solo pudimos quedarnos una noche. El check-in fue problemático ya que a pesar de haber avisado por varios medios que llegaríamos al día siguiente, nunca nos respondieron. La comunicación con el hotel fue nula. Hoteles.com se comunicó con ellos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema. Sin embargo, al momento de registrarnos aparecíamos cómo "no show". Pudimos finalmente solucionarlo pero pasamos un mal rato. A pesar de quedarnos por una noche nos cobraron el impuesto municipal al turismo por dos noches... En fin..."
