The gentleman called Brian who welcomed us went above and beyond, finding us a parking space and personally showing us to our room. That level of personal service really makes a difference. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great choice and everything prepared to a very high standard. We also had a fantastic meal at Charlie’s Restaurant. The food was top quality. My wife had the steak, which was absolutely outstanding, while the scallops were equally delicious. Overall, a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.
