"Let's start from the bottom line - this is an excellent hotel! Its staff is great and constantly makes you feel like you are the most important and special guest, its location is excellent - right next to Siam Station, which is a short golf cart ride (a hotel service) from the hotel. The room was connected to the lounge on floor 32, which was a great experience in itself, the breakfast is crazy!!! The room is sparkling clean and every evening a little surprise was waiting for us on the bed. In short - a must try!"

The only cons are the elevators and the area - too small and sometimes you have to wait a while to get upstairs. As for the area - it’s a very touristy location so expect a lot of traffic if taking a grab car. But the area is also very close to a lot of the malls such as Siam, Terminal 21, Emsphere, Emsquatier, and MBK. Overall, great hotel. "
