"Didn't eat breakfast to many druggies hanging around tweaking out hot tub not in order. Someone else's hair between sheets in the bed. Stained bed sheets. Staff was rude. Bathroom were dirty. Water ran orange. Pool was the only somewhat okay but only 4 chairs to sit in pool area. Not very family friendly or people friendly hotel. "

"This was the best overnight ever! We were shocked at how large the room was and the bed was so comfy. The little deck was awesome and everyone was so friendly. It felt like we were on a far away vacation, not just two hours from home!! We can’t wait to come back. "

"Rooms were disgusting. There were waters stains in the roof. Furniture looked like it was picked up from a trash bin. Front lobby was disgusting and hotel looked like it was deserted. The breakfast was horrible and eggs uncooked. I have stayed here in the past and it was never this disgusting. I would take this hotel off your referral list. Management said they would switch me rooms but I was afraid of what I would have been moved too. Worst experience ever. Staff didn’t even acknowledge when people came in lobby. "

"I was on my way to the Collingwood area for a business meeting, and booked this hotel last minute. Good price, clean hotel and room. The gym is small and some of the equipment was not working. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again. Please fix the gym equipment and add a couple of yoga mats. Thanks!"

"I found the weekday rate fairly high. I’ve gotten a better rate on a weekend there and it just felt abnormally high for a Wednesday night. It would be nice if breakfast was served a little later or longer. We got in late and missed out. My kids slept in and were disappointed that they missed it. I was made aware it would be shut down at 9am, so it wasn’t about being un-informed. Also, the lack of an elevator is annoying. We were on the 3rd floor and had to carry sleeping kids and our belongings up the stairs and across the hotel to the furthest room. Overall, the facility was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly."
