"Bit of a stretch to describe the hotel as 5 star, nice facilities and excellent friendly staff. But the restaurants were very poor in my opinion. It seems to cater more to all inclusive customers, which we were not. We had breakfast each morning which was fine, but nothing special. However, we tried 2 other restaurants and the food was poor. For example in their al a carte restaurant I chose fish taco as a starter, which consisted of a frozen fish finger with coleslaw. Really not acceptable."

"The room was spotless, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the beach view was decent. The beach is a short walk from the main resort area, you have to walk out of the resort, cross a small road and enter the beach. The beach was rocky and not smooth. The bars were great, staff paid attention to details."

"Everything from check in staff and amenities especially Dimitri at breakfast , Maria Guest Relation who always come and check us if we are ok whenever she is around . Good restaurant around the area ."

"Only 3 of the a la carte restaurants open No a la carte option for breakfast or lunch (not as advertised) Only 1 bar open at night, the wine cellar and listening bar both closed Corporate booking on last evening meant the buffet was closed without any communication to guests, hotel offered a gala menu which was really poor (not sure why it was classed as a gala for guests!) No wine lists at any restaurant or bar No champagne available as it was last year No fresh pool towels all week App bookings did not work Tennis courts at Elissa not open despite booking coaching there, had to go to helea and play on a multisport area All feels like a sham, the marketing sells it as an Ikos equivalent but we experienced nothing like it, not sure how it can claim to be 5* "

"Breakfast was amazing, with allot of choices, live serene music, stunning views, room spotless, bed comfortable enough but on the softer side, have courtessy shuttle to take you around the property and into town, cmain pool was heated so very comfortable for May weather."

"We're just back from 8 days here. First of the staff particularly at reception are fantastic. As soon as you note a problem they get it fixed and are mostly apologetic over issues that happen. Unfortunately for anyone travelling with young children there are a few problems that could easily be avoided if staff reported broken or faulty items such a jagged broken children's table. Others are unavoidable like the towel rack that fell on my 1 year olds head whilst she was on the toilet. The children's pool is extremely slippery with multiple children and adults slipping over. Entertainment is somewhat lacking. Food great array of things particularly if you are not fussy. Vegetarian or vegan is not catered for - I had been told multiple times a dish was vegetarian with bacon or vegetarian with X or simply it is vegetarian no meat or fish to realise it had meat on. On that basis I would not recommend for anyone with an allergy either. Pool area is t cleaned during the day unless you are at the tables. Othe then that staff are helpful and quick to resolve issues. Hotel seems that it was once great but is starting to need repairs/ replacements. One of the few hotels where the road doest lead directly to the pool or exposed part of hotel. Great for travel around the island with bus stop right outside and reception will give a timetable of busses upon request."
