Hôtel Richelieu is a beautiful old hotel that was built in the 1860s. It has lots of great amenities, and is in the heart of the activity in Arcachon. The hotel is showing its age a little bit, but it is well maintained, clean, and well-appointed.

Accueil chaleureux de la part de toute l'équipe. Chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuné copieux. Attention places de parking très comptées et très restreintes ... ne vous y engagez pas si vous avez une voiture un peu volumineuse. Parfum trop "chimique" dans les chambres ce qui peu gêner certaines personnes. Enfin, et je ne l'ai vu nulle part ailleurs, ce n'est pas un morceau de friandise qui est posé sur l'oreillé mais une paire de bouchon ! pour isoler du bruit ?

Freundliches Hotel-leider ohne Bike Garage

Direkt am Strand, ein kleines und freundliches Hotel. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und hat an nichts fehlen lassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig, auch deutsch. Die Parkplätze sind nicht ausreichend, wir hatten jedoch Glück und bekamen noch Hotelparkplätze. Ein absolutes Manko ist, dass das Hotel keine Fahrradgarage hat. Bei den heutigen Preisen für ein gutes E-Bike ist das ein Muss. Hier sollte die nächste Investition des Hotels in einer Bike-Garage liegen, selbst, wenn diese nicht direkt im Hotel untergebracht ist.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le personnel était gentil, accueillant et au petit soin. Le service est nickel. Côté chambre rien à dire. Le literie est confortable, la salle de bain est nickel et moderne tout comme la chambre et il y a de très bons équipements. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts avec un énorme choix tant au niveau sucré que salé, les 17€ valent le coup ! Et l’hôtel qui est à 30m de la plage est un gros plus !

Accueil, gentillesse et services ont été les curseurs de notre court séjour... L'hôtel est vraiment très bien et à quelques mètres de la plage avec, en plus, un prêt de serviettes de plage ...top... Et le petit-déjeuner est somptueusement frais et diversifié ! Je le recommande.
