"We booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds were smaller than expected and felt like doubles. We also requested extra bedding, were told it would be brought, but it never arrived. As a result, we didn’t get a good night’s rest, which made the stay disappointing overall"

"Really good breakfast! It changed every day and the coffee was good. Have fresh lemon cucumber, water every afternoon and soft bake cookies in the lobby. The staff was very, very friendly accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Starbucks and bookstores food court a mall and a movie theatre right across the street. "

"Stayed in the jacuzzi suite & didn’t work, we spent the money on it & didn’t even get to use it. Thin walls and gap under the door, could hear above us and in the halls all hours of the night. The room is outdated and needs work; Walls pealing, cracked and damaged. The room was slightly better than a dingy motel. Friendly front desk staff but Will not be staying again nor recommend. "
