"The property is horrible , live cockroach in room, water leakage in room , I don’t know rom where , I discourage people to use such hotel"

"Hot days 100+F, AC was marginal, stop working number of times. They had to bring us the table fan to put in the room after paying ~5000 INR per day for AC room. There was a wedding in premises, staff was fully occupied with that no attention to Other guests. We had to call front desk 15 Minutes in advance to start the hot water heater every time before taking a shower. The fridge didn’t cool anything not even water bottles. The entire hotel had mosquito repellent spell in the hallways and no AC in lobby. The elevator was joke, too small and too hot for such sunny days. Overall not a single thing that was good! Had to Request same thing multiple times with the staff, no attention to details. When we complained about all of this, hire just keep saying sorry with no correction. "

Speaking of staff, the service is far from professional. The team appears disinterested and lacks the hospitality expected at any decent resort. The ambience is mediocre at best, failing to provide the relaxing escape one typically seeks. To add to the disappointment, most facilities are only functional during weekends, which is incredibly frustrating if you’re visiting on weekdays expecting a full experience. Overall, a highly underwhelming and unpleasant stay. Not recommended unless serious improvements are made."
