"The room was really nice (loved the waterfall shower and huge comfy bed), as was the hotel. Had an issue with the fridge not working, this was replaced immediately. Staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. Food was delicious and there was a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Had a thoroughly enjoyable and restful stay ☺️"

"we did not know this hotel has a over 20 stirs to go to the rooms and this is not a resort, there was no buffet breakfast, no elevator, my husband has leg injure he had difficult going to our room. very poor sea view from the room, I had to call 2 to 3 time to request toilet paper they do not give you enough toilet papers, very poor TV service I would not book this hotel again its a 2 star hotel.The accommodations are similar to a one-star hotel's: simple and basic. we request airport service...

"Very friendly staff and good service. Also coffee was great! Unfortunatelly the hotel suffers for a mold problem but then again so do most of the other hotels in Goa too. This is definitelly among the better ones."

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."
