Could not even tell there was a busy street and a highway of sorts right outside our window. Never heard a sound. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. "Great location to stay and visit San Sebastian. Outside the City Center, but 8-10 minutes in a taxi. Public trasportation stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you directly to the City Center area. Very safe and convenient. "

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend. "

"Check-in was not good… my sons arrived at the hotel and for some reason they forgot their passport, but they had other Id documents with them and photo of their passport. The gentleman that was making the check-in was very nice with them and really help with the situation… but there was a lady there, with another guest overhearing the conversation and she started to make problems… arguing that photograph of the passport was not acceptable and that the reservation should be cancel and threatened even to call the police. People like her are the ones that ruin the great experience of booking at a new hotel. Not sure if we are booking again… "
