Equipe simpática e disposta a ajudar. Apenas uma falta de padronização no café da manhã. No primeiro dia a pessoa do café (ótima funcionária e muito prestativa, inclusive) ofereceu omelete com queijo presunto, tomate e orégano (se não me falha a memória). Já no segundo dia a pessoa que estava no café sequer sabia como era esse completo e pareceu não acreditar muito quando descrevi o do dia anterior. No final das contas veio basicamente com queijo e presunto (mas estava gostoso e valeu a pena pedir o omelete). Escolhi o hotel por causa da piscina. Em um dos dias, quando fui levar a nenem na piscina, ela estava em manutenção. Há hotéis que têm horário de funcionamento da piscina e fazem à manutenção à noite, fora do horário de funcionamento. Havia uma goteira vinda do forro do quarto. Informei na recepção. Como não ofereceram nos mudar de quarto, pedi um balde pra deixar embaixo da goteira. Informaram que no dia seguinte a pessoa da manutenção seria informada. No dia seguinte continuavam caindo as gotas. Fiquei 2 dias no quarto com goteira e balde embaixo. No mais, a equipe é acolhedora, o café da manhã é satisfatório e tem um cafezinho com bolo que fica disponivel pela tarde que é legal.
