Eles tem sistema de ar integrado. Porem hospedes fumam escondido nos quartos e o cheiro de cigarro se espalha por todo sistema de ar. Outras pessoas reclamaram e vi os atendentes zombando entre si das reclamações.

Atendimento: O atendimento prestado pela equipe do Hotel Ibis foi exemplar, demonstrando profissionalismo e cordialidade. Ambiente e Mobília: A experiência foi comprometida pela presença de móveis antigos que prejudicaram o conforto do quarto. Recomendaria uma renovação para proporcionar um ambiente mais agradável. Limpeza e Odor: Infelizmente, o quarto apresentava um mal cheiro persistente, afetando a qualidade da estadia. Uma atenção especial à limpeza e ventilação é necessária para melhorar esse aspecto. Itens Básicos: Faltavam itens essenciais no quarto (toalhas e cobertores), o que impactou negativamente na conveniência da estadia. Sugiro garantir a presença de itens básicos para a comodidade dos hóspedes. Conclusão: Apesar do atendimento positivo, a experiência geral foi prejudicada por questões relacionadas à infraestrutura, limpeza e disponibilidade de itens básicos.
