O resort é incrível, o quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. As piscinas são excelentes! A água no início das piscinas vem bem quente e eu adorei ficar na piscina mesmo no dia frio. O café da manhã e as refeições são regulares, não teve nada que nos surpreendesse, em relação a alimentação.

Boa estrutura de piscinas termais

Hotel de grande estrutura, comida excelente, águas termais bem quente e com muitos equipamentos de lazer, pena que boa parte era pago á parte. Tivemos difculdades nas instalações sanitárias, o vaso estava com entupimento. Quanto ao uso da pulseira eletrônica, para retirar as toalhas da piscina, somente a pessoa que retirou que pode devolver, deveria ter outta forma de dar baixa. E ainda Sugiro que tivesse uma pulseira que permitisse a entrada no quarto, mas sem que estivesse atrelada ao consumo, para que pudesse ser usada por crianças.

Minha estadia foi, no geral, muito boa e tivemos dias bem agradáveis no hotel. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, com destaque especial para o Caique, que nos atendeu super bem no bar da piscina e fez drinks incríveis. As piscinas são ótimas, com uma temperatura perfeita para os dias mais frescos. O único ponto que me incomodou foi o cheiro de mofo no quarto, além de algumas goteiras em áreas como a academia e a rampa de acesso ao restaurante, o que pode ser perigoso em dias de chuva. Também achei um pouco exagerada a cobrança de 10% de taxa de serviço nos pedidos feitos direto no balcão do bar da piscina, considerando que os preços já são altos. Apesar desses detalhes, foram dias muito gostosos, e eu recomendo o hotel para quem busca uma experiência agradável.

Os diferenciais do hotel são a cortesia e atenção dos funcionarios (menção honrosa a atendente Maria Clara, no check in), as aguas quentes e as boas condições dos quartos e instalações. Tem todos os requisitos para ser um resort de qualidade superior, porém ainda peca em pequenos detalhes, que podem fazer a diferença. Destacaria a baixa diversidade de opções de carnes nas refeições principais (almoco e jantar). Nossa filha é bastante seletiva na alimentação e tivemos dificuldades. No jantar, geralmente, somente havia opções ao molho (madeira, funghi, etc). Tive que pedir na cozinha uma carne mais convencional. Além disso, a limpeza da agua das piscinas é questionável. No geral, gostamos da experiência e voltaria ao hotel, mas ele tem pontos a melhorar de forma a oferecer uma experiência superior.
