Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone.

Front desk staff was not very helpful, just seemed to go through the motions and put minimal effort into accommodating our stay. Bellman was very helpful but the front desk reception was mediocre. Also there was loud maintenance above or near our room that woke us up and disturbed our sleep, and no offer to apologize or make up for the inconvenience.

The room was fantastic and the restaurants offer excellent food choices and quality. The only little concern was the pillow - it was too soft. I asked for a change to a contour pillow, but the replacement was hard as a brick.
