"We have just returned from a four night stay at Pierre & Vacances Residence Bleu at Lacanau Ocean. My husband, our dog and I stayed in a ground floor one bedroom apartment. It was very small, dark and very tired though clean and well organised. We found no access to the wifi and had to contact reception during its very limited hours; we were told we needed to have a ‘wifi box’ to access it and had to go to reception to pick it up. Once obtained it worked well. I would have appreciated being told...
