"Un coup de cœur absolu – Nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Si vous cherchez l'endroit idéal pour votre séjour, ne cherchez plus : le Lual Bleisure Hotel est une véritable perle rare. Nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur pour cet établissement et nous savons déjà que nous y retournerons ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l'accueil. Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, extrêmement aidant et accueillant. On se sent tout de suite pris en charge et les bienvenus. Côté installations, la propreté est tout simplement irréprochable ; l'hôtel est hyper propre, ce qui est particulièrement agréable. La piscine est magnifique, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visites, et l'hôtel offre de magnifiques vues qui rendent le séjour encore plus magique. L'emplacement est également très pratique, notamment grâce à la présence d'une épicerie à seulement 100 mètres, ce qui est parfait pour faire quelques courses rapidement. En résumé, c'est une adresse à ne pas manquer. Un séjour parfait sur tous les plans grâce à une équipe formidable et un cadre superbe. Merci encore à tout le personnel, et à très bientôt ! P.S. "This hotel is a gem! Amazing water view from our bedroom, friendly staff, super clean, easy access to great restaurants, and, of course, gelato! The best part is that the beach is right across the street! A short drive to unbelievable pizza in Formia and site seeing in the lovely Gaeta, especially at night. Not too busy toward the end of June. Can’t wait to come back! ❤️"

"Our stay at Casa Gioconda was as lovely as its name. The location in the heart of Gates’s old town was perfect for sightseeing. The B&B was charming in all its details. It was comfortable, clean and tasteful. Letizia and Katia were helpful in giving us information for yours and taxi. The breakfast was delicious. We would gladly stay here again!"

"A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality."

"Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. The garden full of lemon and orange trees. Pool was lovely too, Rosario who looked after everything at the pool was a delight, nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately the rest of the staff weren't particularly friendly which was a shame, especially at breakfast. Overall though we had a great time at this lovely hotel."
