"This hotel is excellent. Very good location short walk to Alhambra Palace easy to get transportation to downtown clean rooms, uncomfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The view of the town is wonderful."
"We had a really nice stay here. The rooms with a terrace are a must, really spacious and can easily accommodate 4-6 people for a nice evening outside. Cathy at the front desk was fantastic, lots of great tips, always super pleasant. Internet was a little lacking, but passable, smaller washroom but manageable. Close to all major attractions in Granada. Would definitely stay here again"

"Exactly what you would expect of a hotel of this type: well appointed rooms, friendly staff, access to a good standard of food and drinks. Very similar to many of the hotel chains around the world.
Staff were very helpful on arrival in helping us orientate ourselves with the city.
We were only staying for one night so there wasn't much opportunity to fully experience the hotel but overall the facilities seemed to be of a high standard.
