"부모님 두분과 아이랑 1박하였습니다. 첫 제주숙박을 여기서 했다는것에 너무 감사드리네요. 부모님 두분도 너무 좋아하셨고 아이도 편히잘수있게 사장님께서 베려도 잘 해주셨어요. 감사드립니다. 침구류도 일반 호텔식 60수정도되는 면 침구류로 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 개인적으로 느낀점을 적어보면 일단 통창으로 보이는 뷰는 제주에 있다는 것을 실감하게 해주었습니다. 창문앞에 서있으면 좌측으로는 성산일출봉이 바로 보이고 정면으로는 바다가 펼쳐져있습니다. 바로 앞에보이는 들판과 배 조형물이 풍경을 완성시켜주었던 것 같아요. 아침에 일어났을때 해가 들이쬐는 바다를 보며 창문열면 들어오는 시원한 바람은 잊지못할 경험이였네요. 해외출장이 잦아서 네임드 호텔 이용이 자주있는편인데 거기서 느낄수없는 안락함을 잘 느끼고 갑니다. "

"I think it was too commercialised. No indoor slippers, no instant tea or coffee, just two bottles of no label lukewarm water. There was a bottle of bodywash and shampoo sitting in a corner of bathroom since there was nothing but a toilet and showerhead in the bathroom. No towel rack or shower toiletries holder. "좋았던점 : 위치가 매우 좋아 편의점 및 마트에 가기 편리했어요. 또 주차장에 전기차 충전을 할 수 있어 묵는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 온돌방이여서 추운 날씨에도 불구하고 따뜻하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 별로였던 점 : 화장실 안 샤워시설 중 해바라기 헤드만 없어 당황스러웠습니다. 침구가 깨끗하지 않았어요. 전 사람의 흔적인지 정확히 알 수는 없지만 국물이 튄 자국이 있었습니다. 화장실 문이 제대로 닫히지 않아요. 다음날 아침 수건이 숙박일 수 만큼 충분하지 않아 부탁하려고 연락했는데 연락이 잘 되지 않았습니다. 문자를 하니 답장이 느리셔서 전화를 했는데 받으시지 않았습니다. 제일 최악이라고 느꼈던 점은 커뮤니티 룸이였습니다. 모든 숙박객이 사용할 수 있는 주방 겸 다이닝 시설이 있었는데 사람들이 제대로 씻지 않고 가 모든 냄비들이 매우 더러워 사용하기 꺼려졌습니다. 그리고 가스도 사용을 할 수가 없어 버너를 이용했는데 버너도 알 수 없는 이유로 불이 붙지 않았습니다. "

"A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive. "
