"Beautiful hotel, grounds immaculate. Geared more for kids but it did have an adult pool and adult dining area which was great."

"We arrived a little early, but the staff welcomed us and got our room ready quickly. The view from our 1st floor room was fabulous. The swimming pool and the surrounding areas were well maintained. There weren't many guests when we were there, but it wasn't an issue at all, as the staff were there and looked after us very well."

"Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. "

"On the 3rd day the room we were staying in started leaking from the roof and the next room they gave us, the toilet smelled really bad and you can smell it all over the room. We also order food on the 2nd day at 12:25pm and were told a hour or two before it ready but it didn’t? then we where told it should be ready by 3pm and should come back to the hotel for it just as we where getting ready to head to the market, we came back but the food was not ready till 5:45pm so they wasted a full day of ours. The food is also expensive, costing over 400MAD, we ate out after at. On the first day we were told that the tea is free so we ordered tea once a day other than the one that comes with breakfast. We got charged for it on the day we were leaving. We were charged 200 MAD. The breakfast is the same every day; you get an omelet, some cucumber and cherry tomatoes as well as two type of bread and some side dips to have with the bread ( olives, Oliver oil, jam, honey, cream cheese, butter). I wish they changed it a bit. If you are going to stay there bring your own locks for when you leave the hotel as there are no locks on them. The staff are nice but only the receptionist knows a bit of English the others don’t and if the receptionist is not there when you check in, use translate or wish for good luck. There was also no soap, shampoo or a rubbish bin in the rooms. The best part of our whole stay there was the cats they had, they where really nice and friendly. OLOFT, not coming back."

"Room was in good condition, very spacious and beautiful apartments, staff was courteous but a few things were broken like toilet seat in one bathroom, no essential supplies initially however staff facilitated some later. Also hot water stopped working for a day. Water from showers spill out as there are no curtains, but staff are very good at addressing every issue and trying to fix them. "

"Bastante complicada la llegada hasta el lugar el personal no habla otro idioma y es bien dificil de comunicarse ñor ejemplo ingles q es una lengua bastante usada en otros paises las habitaciones no se sienten limpias bastante humedad y los gatos q de verdas son un grave problema se siente olor a pipi de gato por todos lados y cuando te sirven la comida aparecen los gatos y no les dicen nada hay pelo de gato por todos lados , pero bueno al final lo q pagas es lo q obtienes, en fin las fotos son reales pero se ven diferentes ya estando alli"
