"Had 2 family rooms next to each other ground level facing the pool for 6 family members and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. We went by what the front desk person advised and she took the time to talk us through it and show us the rooms from the terrace. The hotel was full but yet you don’t feel it as so many pools and the beach and the water sports pier We stayed 3 days 2 nights and kids wanted to stay longer. The highlight of our stay are the staff so helpful and kind and hope to come back...

"Poor customer service, had fake picture of a pool that was not at their hotel, in fact its at another hotel thats miles away and you have to pay to use it. after I raised the issue they removed the photos, and promised return the booking cost. But they never did. The pictures over all are deceiving, and touched up too much. This place is no where near the beach or has a clear view of the beach or the sea, even from their top floor.
