"Beautiful, historic hotel with an amazing indoor pool!! Staff were friendly, and helpful. Valet parking was easy and convenient. We had a great stay with our two children!"

"The hotel was conveniently located to the parkway and all the things and clean overall, but I had two rooms to which they weren’t able to accommodate us to be together, not even on the same floor and when we dropped off my adult kids and grandbaby on the 3rd floor it reeked of skunk weed, at non smoking hotel might I add, but we went down to desk and they said because we didn’t book directly through the hotel and booked through Expedia that their was nothing they could do about it! The rooms were spacious as well as the bathroom, which had a great size tub, the beds were decent, but you could tell the mattresses were older as they were worn with dips, but it was clean which is a huge plus! We had a balcony room with a view of the pool, the wax museum and the cemetery across the road lol…The pool and lazy river were heated which was so great and great hours to enjoy them! We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled good…The issues were mostly minor and we would most likely stay again!"
