"My family and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The kiddos loved the scavenger hunt, and the indoor and outdoor pool areas and slides. They also had a blast at the dance party! It was so nice to have all the amenities there to keep the kids entertained. We will be back for sure! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and beds were very comfortable. The food and drinks were amazing. We look forward to coming back soon. "

"We booked this hotel last minute as we were driving through town. We absolutely loved it and even tried to extend an extra day but couldn't due to work. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the balcony overlooking the creek was wonderful. We sat out there for several hours just listening to the creek. The breakfast was also very good. This is in a great location and close to everything. We will definatly be back!"

"It was close enough to walk to Point State Park, North Shore going across Duquenne Bridge, and Market Square downtown. Or, you could call for a ride and go anywhere in the city. They parked the vehicle for you which was nice. Bell service getting luggage to room was great! Breakfast in the morning was yummy, especially the fried sweet potatoes and the cocktail lounge with food was great and open late. Staff was very nice and helpful! I would go back for sure!"

"Nice staff, Awesome indoor pool area accommodating little kids up to adults with a 9ft deep pool. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Great location to everything. Would stay there again! "

"Stay was great! The hotel was easy to find, very close to Dollywood and other places. Check in was fast and smooth, service was very friendly and pleasant. It’s a Best Western and with the rates, you get exactly what you’d expect. If you’re some high maintenance hotel snob and expecting a 5 star resort in a best western you’ll be disappointed. The room was clean for the most part, the only issue I could call out is the bathroom was small and the fan wasn’t working well, so it got very steamy in there and because of that you can see on the ceiling where condensation sits for too long and causes mold, but it wasn’t super bad and other than that it was pretty roomy, bed was comfortable and we had a great room with a fireplace and balcony. I’m not a fan of carpet in hotels in general, I would have liked to see tile throughout but the carpet was clean. The hotel is a bit older and showing its age in the plugs in the room as well as the appliances like the mini fridge and hairdryer. But the rest of the hotel looked like it has been renovated fairly recently, it had three nice pools, two outdoor and one indoor with two hot tubs that were open till midnight so that was awesome. I don’t know how it would be staying in one of the rooms in the pool areas though because it could be noisy. The breakfast was hot, good and efficient. Coffee was great, good selection and a waffle maker and all that. Great hotel for families, will definitely stay there again when we go back to Pigeon Forge. "
