"Housekeeping did poor jobs b cleaning bathroom and nightstand. Black hair was on toilet tank entire stay my hair is white. A soda bottle half full was on table across from elevator for 3 days"

"Internet was probably the poorest of the 10 hotels on our trip if you get app for town trolley it is easy to plan you trips to town. Great views on park side of hotel. Didn’t like the smoking by guests at door and waiting area for trolley. Wished the smoking was located elsewhere. The back patio facing park is beautiful but not well maintained but with a walk past pool area for serenity and views. Loved Gatlinburg. The young woman handling our breakfasts in dining area was one of the best servers and kind people we have ever dealt with. Liked the choice of menu or breakfast buffet."

"I like this hotel, I stayed several times. There are many rooms 20 floors or so. Nobody talks in the hallways when I stayed so it was quiet. But one can easily hear conversations right outside the door. Small room but nicest bed and pillows! I am a frequent traveller, I appreciate the oh so comfortable bed. The view of the river is phenomenal, it's like bird's eyeview of Pittsburgh. Love it. King rooms have microwave, double beds don't. It stays 68 degrees cold no matter how thermostat is set, I fix this by opening the curtains during daytime to get some warmth in the room. If you look closely behind appliances, dust is evident. The water pressure is good. Lobby is grand, have a festive feel. Most receptionist and housekeepers are nice. The hotel being next to point state park is unbeatable perk!"

"The Westgate Resort property is very beautiful and well maintained. There is no charge for parking but there is a daily resort fee, which we knew prior to booking. There is a pool, fitness center and spa on the property which we did not use but they looked very nice. We ate at the onsite restaurant called Southern Comfort. The breakfast menu was limited and the food was underwhelming, especially compared to the various breakfasts we enjoyed in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. All the staff at the resort were friendly & helpful. The shuttle around the property and to the trolley stop was nice since walking the hilly property can be a challenge. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!"

"This is an excellent place to stay we arrived in town at a hotel that we had reserved once we got to the hotel we checked it out it's very dirty and overrated so we got on the internet located Park Tower hotel reserve the rooms and everything was very nice clean bed was comfortable balcony was nice all the staff was extremely nice he's under construction but they're doing a update on it other than that parking was nice if I'm back in town I will consider stayinhotel there again I 1ive this hotel a 8.5 out of 10 rating"
