"Pretty good price and in the center of town close to everything. Pool had a little bit too much chlorine and burned my eyes but other than that breakfast and staff was excellent."

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a great location, right on the trolley line, but secluded enough to not hear the noises of Gatlinburg. There was a lot of bear activity which was very cool. The staff and the restaurant were all wonderful and the pool was perfect for kids. We will definitely be staying here again."

"The bed seemed clean and freshly made. There were 2 used washcloths hanging in the bathroom, but we also saw clean towels so we assume they were missed when cleaning. We got in very late into the night and were too tired to go say something. The check-in was easy. The breakfast was okay, all the regular breakfast things for a hotel. AC worked nicely."
